About the role

Do you have experience working with children and young people and are looking to work in education? If so, then I may have the job for you! Milk Education are currently looking for Cover Supervisors to work with our partner secondary schools across Urmston. Cover Supervisor is a diverse and challenging job but also very rewarding. As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school, you will supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of secondary class teachers. You will be managing student behaviour in line with the school's policies and procedures, whilst supporting students' learning on a class-by-class basis.

What we're looking for

For this role you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly and a flexible attitude to the demands of the work available. A background of working with children, for example, in a sports coaching, youth work, foster care or voluntary capacity, coupled with a strong can-do attitude is desirable for this role.
