Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
• Deliver lesson plans provided by teaching staff with clarity and confidence
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning and encourage participation
• Record attendance and report any issues to senior staff
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
