Overview

Bricknell Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced cover supervisor to start as soon as possible to provide cover across the school in the absence of teaching staff. The candidate must have experience of working across the primary phase, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Our school requires the candidate to be flexible, creative and have a sound knowledge of behaviour management strategies, including responding at an early level of difficulty. The candidate will be required to work well in an established team, working reflectively on a daily basis to modify and adapt practice according to pupils’ needs.

Salary: Grade 6, Point 14 £29,540 - Point 19 £32,061 pro rata for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time, plus five additional training days (39 weeks per year).

This would be a valuable opportunity for an ECT to gain experience teaching in an outstanding school environment.
