Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the absence of teachers by delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task
• Provide support and guidance to students, promoting positive behaviour
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans for students with special needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in student learning
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behaviour

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
