Cover Supervisor - Crewe Area

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Salary: £88.92 - £120 per day

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for delivering set work in the absence of teachers, maintaining a well-managed learning environment, and encouraging student engagement and behaviour that aligns with school expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences using pre-planned materials
• Ensure students remain on task and complete the work set
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Provide brief feedback to teaching staff on student progress and any issues
• Uphold school safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times
• Support pupils with queries related to the lesson content when appropriate
