A recruitment agency for education is seeking Cover Supervisors in Bridgend to deliver lessons in absent teacher's absence. • 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
• EWC registration (or willingness to register).

Overview

Location: Secondary Schools - Bridgend

Role: Cover Supervisors Wanted - Step Into the Classroom & Make a Difference!

Daily Rate: From £100+ per day

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday

Contract: Flexible, Term-Time Only

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
• Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety
• Collecting completed work and reporting on the session
• Being a positive role model students look up to

What You'll Need

• 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
• EWC registration (or willingness to register)
• A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
