Cover Supervisor Role

Carlton Le Willows Academy is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible on a full‑time, permanent basis.

As a Cover Supervisor you will provide supervision of pupil learning within the academy, respond to questions, assist students in undertaking set activities and uphold standards of behaviour in the classroom. You will also work alongside teaching and classroom‑based staff to provide general support for departments. This is a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the academy/school. You must be ICT‑literate and competent in using a variety of software packages.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks) / Permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision of pupil learning and respond to student queries.
  • Assist students in undertaking set activities and maintain standards of behaviour in the classroom.
  • Support teaching and classroom‑based staff with general departmental duties.
  • Maintain ICT competence across a range of software packages.
