Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: £150-£260 Per Day (Paid Weekly)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a supportive Secondary School in Coventry on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teacher who is enthusiastic about English and committed to inspiring young people through language and literature.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils' well-being following statutory provisions
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and progress
  • Monitor student achievement and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive English Department
Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Read the DfE 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (2025 document)
  • Proven experience teaching English at Secondary (ECTs are welcome to apply)
