A leading national law firm in Bristol is seeking a Public Law & Human Rights Solicitor with NQ - 4 PQE to join their highly regarded team. The focus of this role is on protecting the rights of vulnerable adults through understanding mental capacity issues and handling health and welfare applications. Candidates should have experience in Court of Protection work and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • NQ - 4 PQE in a relevant legal field.
  • Experience dealing with health and welfare applications.

  • Assist with health and welfare applications, including medical treatment.
  • Support families and professionals with deputyship matters.
