Overview:
  1. This specialist law firm continues to experience significant success and is growing in the sector.
  2. They are seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team handling property and affairs work.
  3. You will manage your own caseload, primarily involving Expert Witness and Deputyship work, advising clients, families, support teams, and external solicitors on a wide range of legal issues, including applications to Court.
  4. You will also assist senior colleagues on complex cases.
  5. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years’ PQE in Court of Protection work, with knowledge of funding options and welfare issues, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
