Overview

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Park Royal, London, the Premier Park Estate area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers. This role is essential in upholding the company’s values and ethos, delivering service with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 10am - 8pm (with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays, depending on workload). This is a temporary position; however, for the right candidate, this role could lead to a permanent placement. Hourly rate £14.25 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect shipments as assigned, focusing on customer satisfaction and timely completion of deliveries and collections.
  • Act as a frontline representative for the company, performing all tasks in a customer-focused manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet customers’ requirements.
  • Work on an assigned geographical route with potential route changes to meet business needs.
  • Scan and work quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met; make good decisions and perform under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in a multi-drop courier role
  • Security Training will be given when required
