The Role

Are you an entrepreneurial Counter Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating a positive environment for your team? In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, organizing memorable events, and engaging in customer outreach, all while promoting your team's learning and development.

As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee all aspects of your store, including stock management, operations, local commercial strategy, and business planning. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Education, you will have the opportunity to influence not only your store but also the wider business.

This role requires availability to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights and travel to other stores and events may be necessary.

**What You Will Do**
  • Manage the daily operations of the counter and team
  • Drive sales, KPIs, and achieve company objectives
  • Complete targets, rotas, and weekly reports
  • Organize and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM, collaborating with partner businesses
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor your team with a focus on training and education
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM customer experience to inspire wellbeing
  • Identify opportunities to promote the wellbeing of people and the planet, including fundraising and brand partnerships
  • Lead community initiatives, encouraging volunteering and fostering an inclusive environment
