Overview

Cost Accountant – Wolverhampton. Full time, office based initially (Monday to Friday). Circa £45,000 plus excellent benefits. Established, growing and invested in business with solid advancement opportunities and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide product cost analysis
• Analyse fixed and variable costs
• Assist with the development of budgets and forecasts
• Gather data in order to implement cost-saving initiatives
• Work with key stakeholders in monitoring inventory levels
• Conduct inventory reconciliation
• Analyse inventory valuation
• Prepare reports for SMT
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements

• Possess experience with Excel, PowerPoint and NetSuite
• Cost / product cost accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Be an exceptional verbal and written communicator
• Have strong reporting skills
