Responsibilities include:

• Conduct tax research and analysis for M&A and fund-related transactions
• Drafting and reviewing tax documentation and opinions under supervision
• Liaise with clients, sponsors, foreign counsel and internal deal teams across jurisdictions
• Contribute to due diligence, deal execution and post-transaction tax planning
