This leading US practice has a well established and recognised Corporate Tax practice. Owing to expansion, the team is looking to recruit a bright 2-5PQE Associate.

As part of a sizeable and established team, you can expect to be exposed to a range of M&A, PE, Finance and Funds Tax matters. You will receive high levels of training and support and will be exposed to some of the most high profile deals in the market.
