Overview

Leading firm are looking for a corporate solicitor with between 2 and 5 Years\' PQE to join their corporate team. You can be based from the Glasgow or Edinburgh office.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and high-value mandates in M&A, private equity and corporate structuring, with wide sectoral exposure across financial services, insurance, technology and R&D, food and drink.
• Provide client secondment opportunities and support flexible working arrangements.
• Work with Scottish, UK-wide and local counsel mandates for Magic Circle firms etc in London and abroad.
