Job Description

This Senior Associate position sits within the firm's Corporate team in Jersey, with a focus on advising a key institutional client across a range of matters including M&A, private equity, structuring, restructuring, administration, and the formation and management of investment funds and real estate holding entities. The role spans the full lifecycle of transactions—from establishment and launch to financing and dissolution.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially astute lawyer with:

  • 5‑8 years PQE, qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
  • A solid grounding in Corporate Law, with demonstrable experience in transaction management
  • Exposure to M&A and Funds work (preferred)
  • Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency
  • A robust academic background
  • Additional language skills in French or Swedish (a plus)
