The Role

This firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to work directly alongside an Equity Partner in dealing with a quality focussed caseload.

The Corporate team boasts strong experience across M&A work, shareholder agreements, commercial support and more. This role has been designed for a junior lawyer to work 1-2-1 alongside a partner with a client base across music, celebrities, retail / leisure and more.

You will be expected to assist on complex matters whilst being able to runway to deal with your own cases with the support of the partnership. There is significant room to progress at this firm due to the structure of the team. The level of investment and support stands this opportunity out.
