A leading hospitality firm is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee IS services sourcing for Premier Inn & Restaurants. This hybrid position involves developing sourcing strategies, managing contracts, conducting market analyses, and negotiating supplier agreements. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of IS procurement experience and a proven track record in IT project delivery. Competitive salary of £75,000 plus bonuses, with potential for significant discounts on hotel stays and restaurants.
Location - Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office

In the role of IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the sourcing of IS services for Premier Inn & Restaurants and Whitbread Group requirements in the UK and Germany.
This is an exciting time get involved, working closely with IT Leadership Team following a recent global technology transformation.
You will be involved in strategic planning, negotiation and coordination to ensure that Whitbread has strong contracts in place.
Plus deliver the relevant strategic projects working together with key business functions including hotel & restaurants, commercial, data, cooperate, infrastructure and Germany.
