• Strong candidates with less PQE may still apply.

This Corporate M&A team is one of the largest outside London. Their lawyers work on an array of complex public / private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. They act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.

Applicants should have at least 6 years of PQE gained in Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions and ideally be a qualified Solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales. Strong candidates with less experience would also be invited to apply.
