Overview

Leading infrastructure fund is looking for a junior-mid level corporate lawyer to join their busy legal team on an initial 6 month contract basis from mid-October.

Competitive day rate (inside IR35), central London location, potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Managing transaction related documentation, NDAs, engagement letters, providing support on deals, coordinating key stakeholders along with being a point of contact for queries and external counsel.

Qualifications

• This role is suited to a qualified lawyer, c1-5 years PQE as a guide with training and experience gained in a corporate practice of a highly regarded firm.
• This is a great role for someone looking to make the transition from private practice to in-house whilst maintaining a hands-on, deal focused position.
