Provide transaction advisory support for data centre deals (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and construction & takeout financing).
Lead / contribute to financial, commercial, and technical due diligence on data centre assets.
Assess risk and value, helping management make informed investment decisions in the data centre sector.
