Description
  • Leading aspects of M&A, private equity, joint venture and corporate reorganisation transactions
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on shareholder agreements, acquisition documents, and governance structures
  • Liaising with clients, funders, counterparties and other stakeholders to deliver seamless execution
  • Providing legal due diligence and advising on risk, structure and documentation
  • Supporting business development and contributing to team growth initiatives
Profile
  • A solicitor (or equivalent) with 1-5 PQE in corporate / transaction work
  • Experienced in handling M&A, PE, JV, or restructuring transactions
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage complexity across multi‑jurisdictional deals
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
Job Offer

Salary between c£62k - £78k (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
