The Corporate Account Support Manager supports the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Corporate clients in the Food and Retail sector covering growth/development, meeting the relevant KPI's and SLA's compliance , customer satisfaction and retention, to ensure consistency and high quality service.
This role is national with regular travel to customer locations.
