Secondary School Core Subject Teacher (KS3 & KS4) – Location: Gloucester – Contract Type: Full-Time / Short term / Permanent – Start Date: September 2025

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your core subject across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with staff across multiple schools to ensure continuity and consistency
  • Support the academic and personal development of students across a range of abilities
  • Contribute to departmental planning, moderation, and intervention strategies
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Proven experience teaching your subject at KS3 & KS4
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel between schools as required
  • Flexible, proactive, and resilient - able to build rapport quickly in different environments
