Overview

CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL – WARE, HERTFORDSHIRE – £25,000 - £32,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or a Residential Property Paralegal to join our well-respected client in Ware, Hertfordshire.

They offer flexible working, two types of bonuses, 25 days holiday, monthly 1-1, six monthly appraisals, a health care cash plan, and more.

We are looking for someone with experience assisting on cases to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to have roughly 1 to 5 years experience.

The type of residential transactions you should have exposure to are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
