Working closely with a conveyancer and the rest of the local team, you’ll assist on a varied caseload from the outset, with a clear opportunity to grow and progress long-term as the department continues to develop.

You’ll be the go-to for handling new enquiries, drafting initial paperwork, chasing third parties, and generally helping files move forward smoothly and efficiently. If you’re experienced, grounded and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, this role could be right up your street.

Who we’re looking for

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience supporting residential conveyancing work (flexible for the right person)
  • Background in high street, regional, or local firms ideal
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Organised, methodical, and able to juggle tasks
  • Confident using case management systems (LEAP experience a bonus)
  • Happy to be in-office 4–5 days a week
  • Positive, grounded and personable team player
