I am working with a well‑established regional law firm to recruit a Conveyancing Administrator / File Opener to join its busy residential property department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within conveyancing, with training and long‑term progression available.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to fee earners within the residential property department. Your responsibilities will include providing quotes to clients, opening new files, updating case management systems and ensuring matters are set up accurately and efficiently from the outset.
You will play a key role in the smooth running of the department, supporting the conveyancing process and contributing to a high standard of client service.
This position would suit someone with an interest in conveyancing and legal administration. Previous administration or legal experience would be helpful but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
You will be organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment, with good communication skills and a positive, proactive approach. This role would suit someone keen to learn and progress within a residential property team.
