Contracts Sales Manager - Flat Roofing Services

Role and responsibilities

• Field sales position selling flat roof waterproofing inspection services
• Covering all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording & reporting
• All of your time will be spent selling to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
• Turnover will be determined by your experience
• There is an extensive contact list for you to go after however will be spending the majority of the time generating new business
• Will involve occasional overnight stays

Ideal applicant / Qualifications

• Must have construction field sale experience ideally in selling services
• Would consider a product led sales professionals
• Ideally knowledge of roofing / waterproofing however not essential
• Ideally dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
• Technically capable and IT literate
• Driven, hungry sales person

Remuneration and benefits

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + incentives throughout the year
