You'll maintain and update contract records, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while generating reports and summaries to support decision-making. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with contract managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and keep data aligned. You'll also play a big part in keeping everything organised, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance, and identifying ways to improve workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input contract data into designated systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Data Validation: Review and verify contract information for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • System Updates: Maintain and update contract records in the database, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from contract data to support decision-making and operational needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with contract managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data alignment.
  • Documentation: Maintain organised records of contract data and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data input and processing workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data handling practices align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma and/or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in data entry, contract processing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, contract management systems).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with lean principles or process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing contract management, or similar industries (desired).
Working Arrangements and Security

Flexible working arrangements are supported where possible, with a focus on work-life balance.
