A local housing association in Cambridge seeks a Contracts Manager to lead the management of repair and maintenance activities. Salary: Permanent / Full Time 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CHS as a Contracts Manager (Repairs Voids and Ground Maintenance) within our Property Services Team.
To lead, plan and manage all repair and maintenance activities across the housing stock ensuring that homes are safe, well‑maintained and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. The postholder will oversee both reactive and planned maintenance programs, manage contractor performance and deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
