Overview

Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for no more than 2 new build care home projects, each around £10M in value and on a JCT basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage up to 2 live new build care home projects, each around £10M in value, on a JCT basis.
  • Ensure Contracts Managers do not run more than 2 jobs at a time in line with company policy.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Consistent experience in design & build (D&B) projects, ideally including care homes, or strong track record on new build JCT projects (including retirement & housing) with good job retention.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • Experience with D&B or JCT contract administration and governance.
