Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role for a Contracts Manager at our location in Southend-On-Sea. The candidate chosen will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, between £500k - £4m. The Contracts Manager's key accountabilities will include collaborating with clients, leading projects, and working effectively with both subcontractors and internal staff to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, with project values between £500k and £4m.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
  • Lead projects and coordinate work with subcontractors and internal staff to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Integrate into a small, family-run business and adapt to its processes and culture.
