Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to effectively manage contracts to ensure agreed services and goods are delivered.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts to ensure agreed services and goods are delivered to the required quality, on schedule, and within budget, including monitoring performance and compliance.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within defined scope, timescales, and financial constraints through effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support procurement activity in partnership with internal teams, managing commercial arrangements to achieve value for money through effective negotiation and supplier management.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring ongoing communication, performance review, and alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Work effectively with external partners and stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor budgets and financial controls to support effective service delivery, contribute to forecasting and reporting, identify efficiency opportunities and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.
Essential Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • A minimum Level 6 qualification is required, ideally in estimating or quantity surveying, supported by appropriate professional membership with CIOB or RICS.
