Job summary

Based within the Estates and Facilities Directorate and more specifically within Hotel Services, the Facilities Site Manager role is responsible for monitoring all site management arrangements across the sites within the post holder’s area of responsibility.

Main duties

The post holder will manage a Hotel Services team including supervisors, admin staff and the courier team. They will ensure services are delivered effectively in line with legislation, national and Trust policies, customer requirements and hospitality assured standards.
