Overview

Job Title: Compliance Support Analyst

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours/week, half-hour unpaid lunch)

Additional: Every third Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm (paid overtime, remote working)

Location: Mitie, T2 Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B37 7ES (flexibility and remote working included)

Context: As a Contract Support Analyst within the Retail Cleaning Compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring service excellence by supporting regional teams in meeting contract KPIs through effective data management and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve asset and maintenance issues
  • Produce accurate reports using the QFM CAFM system
  • Present performance metrics in clear formats for senior management
  • Collaborate across teams to promote best practices, enhance compliance, and support the development of data governance frameworks
