The primary development stack includes Go, Typescript with React, and Postgres, deployed on Google Cloud Platform using GKE and Cloud SQL. Infrastructure is managed via Terraform and utilizes BigQuery, PubSub, and Cloud Storage. Monitoring and logging are handled by Sentry, Grafana + Prometheus, and Kibana, with CircleCI for automated testing and deployment.

What you'll be doing:

1. Identifying the right problems to solve, focusing on meaningful outcomes, and making trade-offs that impact customers positively and quickly.
2. Engaging with customers—both current and prospective—to gather feedback and better understand their needs.
3. Taking end-to-end ownership of features, from initial design and planning through implementation, testing, and delivery.
4. Iterating rapidly using your expertise and instincts to drive impactful outcomes while balancing speed and quality.
5. Maintaining high standards for collaboration, communication, and decision-making, including clear proposals, documentation, commit messages, and thorough testing.

What experience you need to be successful:

1. Building production-ready applications in languages like Go, Python, Ruby on Rails, or React.
2. Collaborating effectively within high-performing engineering teams to solve complex problems and provide constructive feedback.
3. Having a customer-focused and product-minded approach—interacting with users to understand needs and prioritizing impact over process.
4. Comfort with ambiguity—navigating product challenges, shaping vision, sharing drafts or MVPs for feedback, and adapting based on input.
5. Managing technical debt pragmatically—balancing resilience, testing, documentation, and quick trade-offs to ship impactful products.
