A leading charity for adult education in the UK is seeking a Contract Planning & Resource Manager to lead the translation of contracts into delivery plans. The role involves managing resource allocation, improving communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the efficiency of educational service delivery. Successful applicants will need strong organizational skills and a commitment to enhancing process quality. The position is based in the West Midlands and requires travel across the contract areas.
Contract Planning & Resource Manager – £35,072 - £36,918 per annum. Location, Midlands, with travel needed and expected.

As a Contract Planning & Resource Manager, you will be the operational engine behind translating the contract into a delivery plan.
Reporting to the Head of Contract Performance & Relationships, this role is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, resource allocation, and in‑year management of the contract timetable.
The successful applicant will also improve the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the processes, services and communication to all stakeholders, instilling planning & scheduling methodology, venue maximisation and full tutor utilisation in order to deliver our strategy. You will be expected to travel within the full contract areas, with occasional wider travel.
