What you will do

We are seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team based in Dartford. This hands-on role is vital to supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of equipment and stock between our stores and JCI sites across the region.

How you will do it
  • Receive, check-in, and accurately record all equipment deliveries into the management system.
  • Allocate stock and prepare job kits according to project requirements.
  • Deliver equipment to JCI sites as required, supporting project managers to meet operational timelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support project scheduling.
  • Operate and update company management systems and databases.
  • Continuously review and improve logistics processes, bringing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the project management team with any ad-hoc logistics or stores requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
What we look for

Required

  • Prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or stores role.
