A leading facilities management company in Redditch is seeking an organized individual to manage work orders from request to completion. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, IT literacy, and a proactive nature. Experience in customer service is essential, while FM experience is a plus. Flexibility is required as this role involves working 40 hours per week, including weekends. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

We are looking for an individual to join our small, supportive, office-based team to help manage work orders from initial request through to final completion. Working closely with our Contract Coordinator, you’ll ensure each job is attended promptly, progressed efficiently, and resolved to the highest standard.
This is a 40-hour per week role, working 7am – 7pm across 7 days, therefore flexibility is required.
For this role you’ll have experience of working within a fast-paced time pressured customer service role, within any industry and sector!
