Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor within the PDL program team, owning specific project workstreams and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, analyze processes, and implement measurable, data-driven improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Work directly on the shop floor alongside operations teams to implement improvements, deliver training, and support adoption of new processes and digital tools. This is an execution-focused role, not purely advisory.
• Support and drive change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and sustained adoption of new ways of working across the organization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and results clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, from shop floor personnel to senior leadership.
• Leverage strong analytical skills to collect data, measure performance, and track the impact of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience applying Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies; certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading or supporting complex projects or programs, ideally in manufacturing or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to support organizational change and drive adoption of new processes and tools.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-focused with a strong bias toward execution.
