Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide HR coordination for employees and contractors for the UK-based Omnicom Health Group (OHG) companies. This role partners with the broader HR team (TA and HRBPs) to timely complete all assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- HRIS Data: Pull, analyze, and provide various reports from the HRIS system; provide data analysis metrics to the HR Business Partners; keep the HRIS up to date; action merit/salary increase or other compensation changes (e.g., bonus); input and run holiday and sickness reports.
- Freelancers / Contractors: Collaborate with the Operations and TA functions to carry out onboarding and extension tasks in line with IR35 compliance needs; manage onboarding and offboarding process for freelancers; monitor mandatory training compliance for freelancers/contractors.
- Employee Lifecycle: Draft documents related to onboarding, offboarding and compensation; support the HRBPs with onboarding tasks; share employee exit interview information; support the HR Advisor throughout the probation process; support the Benefits Coordinator with benefits administration as required; support the HRBP team with benefit queries.
- Immigration: Perform right-to-work checks as required; keep agency migrant trackers up to date.
- Health & Safety (H&S): Manage the employee risk assessment process; keep employee risk assessment forms up to date; assist in the completion of mandatory H&S training for new hires.
- Ad-hoc HR Coordination: Update internal onboarding and offboarding trackers; employee data reporting and data analysis as assigned; assist the HR Business Partners with projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in a HR coordination role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on operations.
- Ability to multi-task and handle various requests with accuracy and proficiency within tight deadlines.
- Experience with data handling and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to project manage and deliver task output within required deadlines.
- High degree of confidentiality.
- Strong verbal, written and customer service communication skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Collaborative approach with a "can do" attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (at least intermediate to advanced Word/Excel).
- Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and Culture Amp is preferred, but not required).
- Interest in learning company policy and employment law.
- Qualification within HR or equivalent experience.
