Sevenoaks (with London exposure)

This leading regional firm is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Sevenoaks. The role is ideal for a lawyer with a solid foundation in contentious trusts and probate disputes who is looking to take on more responsibility, build a caseload, and become a key part of the firm's future.

While your base will be in Sevenoaks, you'll also have the opportunity to support and work out of the firm's London office, giving you exposure to a wider client base and the chance to strengthen your professional profile across two thriving markets.

• Challenging the validity of wills
• Inheritance and estate disputes
• Trustee disputes
• Probate matters involving tax considerations

You'll also work closely with the Private Client team and play a proactive role in business development, building long-term referral relationships and supporting the team's growth.
