A leading private wealth disputes team is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their award-winning practice, working alongside highly ranked Partners who are recognised as leaders in the field.

The Team

This department is consistently ranked highly in the Legal 500 for its contentious trusts and estates work. They have acted in some of the most complex and high-value disputes in the country, including reported and landmark cases.

The team's expertise spans will validity challenges, trust disputes, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel, estate administration disputes, professional negligence claims and issues involving executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Their client base is diverse and high-profile, including HNW individuals, trustees, charities, landowners and professional advisers.

The Role

This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in high-quality contentious probate work within a specialist, supportive team. From day one, you'll be involved in a wide range of matters, including:

• Assisting Partners on high-value and complex cases
• Managing your own caseload with supervision
• Contributing to business development and profile-raising initiatives (including ACTAPS, STEP and ConTrA events)
