Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of contentious trusts and probate work.
• Manage inheritance act claims and Executor/Trustee disputes.
• Handle breach of trust claims and claims related to Executor duties.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen with a top 100 law firm with offices based in Brighton.

The position will be working with the national DR team but focused on contentious probate and trust work .The successful candidate will undertake a variety of contentious trusts and probate work, to include inheritance act claims, Executor / Trustee disputes, breach of trust claims, validity of Will challenges, claims relating to breach of Executor duties and other private wealth disputes.

You will have gained experience from a strong regional firm or perhaps wanting to move out of London. The firm work with a varied client base to include HNW individual and families through to entrepreneurs in a range of sectors.
