Content Marketing Manager - Hybrid, Manchester

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

Location: Manchester (2 days a week in office)

About Us

We're a fast-paced, tech-driven business looking for a Content Marketing Manager to strengthen our commercial growth team. Sitting within Sales, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering compelling content that brings our products and services to life.

You'll create content that speaks directly to healthcare decision-makers, insurers, pharmaceutical brands, and consumer health organisations. Your work will directly support lead generation, commercial conversations, and brand visibility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Spot opportunities for timely content by keeping on top of market news and industry trends.
  • Build our voice across key channels - LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, and event material.
  • Produce a variety of assets including thought pieces, product content, case studies, and sales support material.
  • Simplify complex healthcare or technical ideas into engaging, relevant messages.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to align content with campaigns and customer needs.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all channels.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years in a content marketing role, ideally within B2B or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to write and edit content that engages professional audiences.
  • Track record of creating content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Comfortable translating technical or product-heavy information into customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience using analytics tools (LinkedIn, Google Analytics, CRM) to refine performance.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools would be useful.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work closely with Sales/Product stakeholders.
