Content Creator

Reports to: Director of Content & Post-Production

Purpose: To create trend-led, platform-first content that supports engagement and brand visibility across THG Studios’ portfolio. This role focuses on hands‑on execution, working to deliver high‑quality social and campaign content that is culturally relevant and aligned to platform behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
  • Deliver content projects from brief to delivery, with guidance from senior team members and stakeholders, ensuring outputs meet platform and brand requirements.
  • Ideate and produce content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and contribute ideas that respond to trends and support campaign goals.
  • Deliver content that is visually engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned to audience behaviours.
  • Support team members in shaping and testing new content formats and ideas.
Creative Standards & Workflow
  • Ensure content is optimised for aspect ratios, pacing, and native platform behaviours.
  • Maintain consistency of tone, style, and quality across brands and projects.
  • Manage assigned briefs, balancing priorities and deadlines with support from the team.
  • Follow established workflows and processes for briefing, review and delivery.
Collaboration & Integration
  • Work with Content Creators, Editors, and Motion Designers to deliver cohesive outputs.
  • Partner with producers and project managers to support timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to creative sessions, trend reviews, and brainstorms.
  • Liaise with brand teams alongside senior team members to ensure content aligns with objectives and audiences.
Success Metrics
  • Content delivered on time and to brief.
  • Engagement and reach performance of individual content outputs.
  • Responsiveness to emerging trends and ability to deliver at pace with feedback.
  • Consistency of creative quality across projects.
  • Contribution to the development of new content ideas and formats.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital campaigns.
  • Portfolio of content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, trend-led content with minimal guidance.
  • Skilled in ideation and hands‑on content creation.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, platform behaviours, and audience expectations.
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple briefs and deadlines.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
