Overview

We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial and highly organised Content Creator to help EatClub UK surface and inspire the incredible venues and savings available via the app. You’ll create snackable, high-impact content that appeals to our target audience and build the foundations of a vertical video content marketing engine that scales with social and the blog. You’ll plug into London micro-influencers, creatives, and local networks, balancing self-generated and influencer-led content to create a steady pipeline for organic/paid social and community content. If you live and breathe short-form video, can spot emerging trends, and know how to turn a great venue/dish/moment into irresistible content, we want you on our team.

Your Role

Reporting into the VP, UK and collaborating with the rest of the marketing team you will:

  • Drive vertical video and UGC content goals across paid and organic social including planning, production and publishing
  • Create daily and weekly short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) showcasing our partner venues and the dining experiences they offer
  • Monitor social trends, memes, and editing styles — jumping quickly on new formats and viral opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with London-based creators, micro-influencers, and content networks
  • Coordinate content outreach, shooting schedules, creative briefs and budgets when working with external partners
  • Help establish a revolving internship/work experience programme to tap into emerging talent
  • Strategically engage ours and other existing communities in the act of content creation for growth
About You

You’re obsessed with TikTok, Reels, short-form YouTube, and all things social-first. You’ve got a natural eye for what makes content engaging, relatable, sharable and highly converting; plus you know how to create it yourself with just a phone, software and lots of inspiration. You’re energetic, self-starting, and excited to build an always-on content machine from the ground up that creates EatClub magic.

What You Need To Succeed
  • 1–3 years experience in content creation, social media marketing, or UGC production
  • Hands-on experience filming and editing vertical short-form videos (mobile-first)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and fast-moving social trends
  • Content marketing approach to research / insight / trends and growth
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and the London lifestyle scene
  • Highly organised and proactive — able to juggle multiple projects and partnerships at once
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, early-stage environment
  • Open style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Outcome-focused with high attention to detail and propensity to move quickly, rather than perfect your plans
  • Problem solving mindset that’s always seeking to optimise across creativity, process and execution
  • Formal education is less important than proven experience and a knack/skill with vertical video content
