Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join mental health teams at HMP Portland and HMP The Verne. Qualifications

• Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register in Forensic Psychiatry, General Adult Psychiatry, Learning Disability Psychiatry or Addictions Psychiatry.
• Significant input from psychology and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with complex mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership to mental health in-reach teams at two prisons.
• Assess and review prisoners; formulate management plans.
• Participate in MDT meetings and clinical governance.
