We are proud to be working with our client, a leading provider of specialist mental health services, in the recruitment of a Consultant Psychiatrist for a brand-new Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) unit based in Chelmsford.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a modern, purpose-built setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for young people with complex mental health needs
  • Work closely with families, external agencies, and the wider care team to ensure holistic and collaborative care
  • Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives
  • Participate in relevant clinical meetings, audits, and training
Requirements
